What was the most challenging thing you had to deal with during your recovery?
The hardest thing for me was thinking about how long it will take to heal. Then i was talking with Edriana and told me aboutwhat type of herbs i can take, so i started out with the herbs she suggested as a primer and i started to feel better and my energy came back up quickly and my mobility and strength begin to improve every week. Now i’m back able to do 50 push-up per set.
